Toyota PPF Peeling Due to Faulty Installation, Free Repair Refused

Last July, when I took delivery of my brand-new vehicle, I paid an additional ₺75,000 at your authorized service center to have the entire car covered with PPF (Paint Protection Film). Shortly after the application, I noticed small bubbles under the film and reported the issue to the service center several times. I was repeatedly told that these were simply air bubbles and that they would disappear on their own over time. When I brought the vehicle in for its 1,000 km inspection, I pointed out the same bubbles again and clearly warned that the film would eventually lift in those areas. However, the service staff ignored my concerns and took no corrective action. As I predicted, the film eventually split and peeled exactly where those bubbles had appeared (photo attached). On Monday, June 29, when I left my vehicle at the service center for its scheduled maintenance, I raised this long-standing workmanship issue once again. Instead of accepting responsibility and correcting the defect, the service center demanded an additional ₺20,000 (or supposedly ₺15,000 at a discounted old price) to redo the work. Charging me such an excessive amount for defective workmanship that I reported from the very beginning, but was dismissed with assurances that it would "go away," is completely contrary to Toyota's principles of customer satisfaction and quality. I do not accept your refusal to stand behind a service that was defective from the first day. It is clear that the damage to the PPF resulted from the authorized service center's workmanship. I request that this issue be resolved entirely free of charge as a matter of customer satisfaction, and that the affected section be rewrapped. I also expect Toyota Head Office to intervene in this unfair situation at the dealership and provide me with a prompt response.
I thank the authorized Toyota service in Borova, İzmir, for its quick and problem‑solving intervention regarding the free renewal of the PPF coating.
