Melting Issue on Toyota Corolla 2009 Dashboard

The dashboard of my 2009 Toyota Corolla has started to melt. When I brought it to the service centre, they guaranteed me a warranty that lasts for a solid 10 years. However, I haven't noticed any melting in cars from other brands that are 30 years old. This defect is not in line with the reputation of the Toyota brand. I requested a complimentary replacement, but they insisted on charging for it. This situation is damaging the reputation of the Toyota brand.
