On August 1, 2025, and again on September 1, 2025, Toppdf charged my bank card ₺1,599 on both occasions. However, I only used the service once, paying ₺5 for a single file conversion. These high-value withdrawals were made without my knowledge or consent.
After the payments, I tried to contact Toppdf’s customer service, but there was no available communication channel. I sent an email to the address linked to my payment confirmation, yet I never received a response.
I demand the immediate refund of the ₺3,198 that was unjustly withdrawn from my account. This unauthorized billing is unacceptable and must be resolved urgently.
