Toppdf Hidden Charge – Premium Membership Taken Without Consent
On September 8, 2025, I used the Toppdf platform to access its Premium file conversion service. Initially, a ₺5.00 fee was charged as expected. However, shortly afterward, an unauthorized charge of ₺1,599.00 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I immediately canceled my membership and requested a refund, as I never used any of the paid services.
Since the morning of September 9, 2025, I’ve been trying to reach Toppdf via email to resolve the issue, but I’ve only received automated replies and have been unable to reach a live support representative. My order code is P68be98f2e4b0beff00705403, and my card customer number is 45488164. I made the transaction through the Samsung Internet browser, and it was a one-time use only.
I have no prior knowledge of any refund or membership agreement with Toppdf. I demand that the unauthorized ₺1,599.00 charge be fully refunded immediately, as this payment was made without my approval and for a service I never benefited from.
