Even though I have never purchased a membership or used any services from the website/app called TopPDF, approximately $31 USD was charged without my knowledge or consent from my İş Bank credit card today. The unauthorized and unlawful use of my card information in this manner is completely unacceptable.
I have all supporting evidence, including the bank notification and transaction receipt, related to this charge. Despite this, none of my applications or requests have resulted in a satisfactory or solution-oriented response regarding a refund. I absolutely do not accept the conduct of an application that charges users’ cards without consent and causes financial harm in this way.
I firmly demand that this unauthorized transaction be canceled immediately, that the approximately $31 USD wrongfully charged be refunded to my card without delay, and that any membership or subscription that may have been created in my name be permanently and definitively terminated.
