I used TopPDF only to merge a PDF file and knowingly paid a one-time fee of ₺5. To my surprise, shortly after that transaction, I noticed that ₺1600 had been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or approval. At no point did I sign up for a subscription or authorize such a high charge. I had no idea an additional fee would be taken, and no clear billing or membership information was provided to me in advance.
When I realized the issue, I immediately canceled my card to prevent further withdrawals. I also requested a refund, but so far, my money has not been returned. This situation is unacceptable because I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment, and I was charged far more than the original service I requested.
I am demanding an urgent refund of the unauthorized ₺1600 charge and the complete cancellation of any membership linked to my account. TopPDF must also ensure transparent billing practices so other users do not experience the same problem.
