I used the Toppdf website to process a PDF file and paid ₺5, which was clearly described as a one-time payment. I did not sign up for any subscription or ongoing service. However, shortly after that transaction, I was shocked to see that ₺1599 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. My card details were stored and used without permission, even though no notice or agreement about any membership or recurring charges was ever presented to me at the time of purchase.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I expected only a simple single-payment service, but instead I was misled and charged a significant amount without warning. I did not receive any additional service in exchange for this money, and I certainly did not authorize such a withdrawal.
I am requesting the immediate refund of the ₺1599 that was wrongfully taken from my account. I also demand that Toppdf stop storing or misusing customer payment information and ensure that no further unauthorized charges will occur. If my refund is not issued promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue through legal action and consumer protection authorities.
