I Face TopPDF Unauthorized Charge – ₺1,599 Withdrawn Without Approval

On September 9, 2025, I used the TopPDF platform to convert a Word document to PDF and paid a ₺5 service fee. However, the next day, I noticed that this small fee was refunded, but at the same time, ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. The payment was made using my Garanti Bank credit card.

I immediately contacted TopPDF customer service via email, but I only received an automated response, and no resolution was provided. It’s been nearly a month, and I’m still waiting for this unauthorized charge to be addressed.

I demand that this unapproved transaction be canceled and the ₺1,599 be refunded to my account immediately. This situation is completely unacceptable and has caused significant financial and emotional distress.
