On September 4, 2025, I used Toppdf.com on my computer for a one-time free file conversion, for which I paid a small single-use fee. However, about a month later, nearly ₺1,000 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank account without my knowledge or authorization. I was never informed about any additional charges, and there was no mention of a subscription or recurring membership being activated.
When I logged into my account, there was no active subscription shown, and I even canceled any possible membership just in case. I contacted Toppdf customer support, but only received an automated email response — no real person has reached out or explained the charge.
I request that the unauthorized payment of ₺1,000 be refunded immediately. Otherwise, I will report this incident to my bank and the Turkish Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) for formal investigation and consumer protection action.
