Top Eleven Matched Me Against the Wrong Team in the King of Kings Tournament

I believe I was treated unfairly during the King of Kings tournament in Top Eleven on August 18, 2026. Everything was going normally on the first day, and there was a player who was ranked second at the end of the day. I defeated this player, and then the player defeated me. I was supposed to play against them again at 8:44 PM.

However, when the scheduled time arrived and I checked my fixtures, I suddenly found myself playing against their First Division team instead of the player I was supposed to face. As a result, I was unable to play the critical match against my actual opponent, and the tournament outcome changed to my disadvantage. Since the match was very short, I was unable to capture a recording at the time, but the tournament results can already be viewed in the game.

I believe this may have been caused by a system error or an exploit. For this reason, I request that the team in question be removed from the tournament and that first place be awarded to me. I ask that my situation be investigated and that I receive a fair response.
