I Was Banned in PUBG Mobile for Playing With Suspected Cheaters

My PUBG Mobile account was unfairly banned on June 10, 2026. Before the ban, I added a group of players as friends and played several matches with them. However, I had no knowledge that these players might have been using cheats. They were foreign players from different countries, and I never used any cheats, modified game files, exploited bugs, or engaged in any form of unfair gameplay. I believe I was penalized simply for being matched on the same team as these players.

I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account. It contains numerous outfits, vehicle skins, and purchased in-game content. My KD ratio is approximately 3.25, which reflects normal gameplay and consistent effort. If I had been using cheats, my statistics would likely look very different. Everything I achieved on this account was earned through legitimate play over a long period of time.

When I contacted customer support, I received a standard response stating that my account had already been reviewed by the security team and that a violation had been detected, therefore the ban would remain in place. However, I believe I was punished only because I unknowingly played a few matches with players who may have been violating the rules. I do not believe this outcome is fair, especially since I had no knowledge of their actions and did not participate in any cheating myself.

I respectfully request a detailed manual review of my account and gameplay history. I ask that PUBG Mobile verify that I did not use cheats and did not intentionally violate any rules. If the investigation confirms that I was not involved in any prohibited activity, I request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible.

In addition, if my account is restored, I would appreciate having any rank progress lost due to the ban reviewed and, if possible, returned to its previous status. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and based on a thorough evaluation of the evidence.
