Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Poor Quality Issues

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from Boyner at Emaar Square Mall half a year ago. Even with infrequent wear, the shoes began to deteriorate at the front and sides of both feet in a mere two months. Given the limited usage, I was taken aback and let down by this problem. Because of my military service, I was unable to promptly send the shoes for inspection.

Last month, I was able to submit them for review, but unfortunately, I received a negative response three weeks later. Receiving a response like that from a renowned brand like Tommy Hilfiger is quite surprising. I would like to request a full refund for this product.
