Ordered Tom Ford Oud Wood, Received Wrong Perfume – Refused Return Due to Open Package

I ordered a 100ml bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood EDP, paying too much for what I expected to be a premium fragrance. Instead, the warehouse mistakenly sent me a 100ml Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal EDT, which is both a different brand and a lower-priced product. To make matters worse, the fragrance arrived unsealed. Assuming it was an error, I returned the product immediately, but the seller is now refusing the return, claiming the item was opened.

I find this response completely unacceptable. I paid for an exclusive Tom Ford scent and received a completely different product, unsealed, yet they are denying my rightful return. I request a prompt resolution and a refund for this mistaken shipment. This experience has severely impacted my trust in your service.
