I ordered a 100ml bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood EDP, paying too much for what I expected to be a premium fragrance. Instead, the warehouse mistakenly sent me a 100ml Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal EDT, which is both a different brand and a lower-priced product. To make matters worse, the fragrance arrived unsealed. Assuming it was an error, I returned the product immediately, but the seller is now refusing the return, claiming the item was opened.
I find this response completely unacceptable. I paid for an exclusive Tom Ford scent and received a completely different product, unsealed, yet they are denying my rightful return.
