After investigating the issue, I realized that the problem originates from the TOD service. I am curious why such a warning was not provided before purchasing the product. Comnet has informed me with the following message: "There is no blockage from our side in this matter; the security systems of the relevant companies often block our IP addresses. However, the response times to our requests take months and often do not result in a solution." We have paid upfront for a service that we cannot refund, and we expect to receive the service we paid for. You are practically driving people to resort to illegal streaming. Now, let me ask you: If you were in our shoes, what would you do? I have seen that many users are experiencing similar issues, and I urgently request a resolution. I have reached out through social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram) and other channels regarding this issue but have not received any satisfactory outcome.
