Tod TV Streams Freeze 40–50 Times Per Broadcast Across All Devices
I purchased an annual subscription from Tod Türkiye, but for about 2 months, I haven't been able to watch broadcasts properly. Across all platforms, including phone, tablet, and Smart TV, I keep experiencing constant interruptions while watching. Especially during every broadcast, the stream freezes or cuts out repeatedly — almost 40–50 times — meaning I get no real value from the service I purchased.
I've called customer service numerous times about this problem. Each time, they've given me simple instructions like deleting and reinstalling the app or unplugging and replugging the modem, but none of this has resolved the issue. I've also tried different internet connections, mobile data, and different modems/homes, but the broadcast interruptions continue in exactly the same way.
Even though I paid for an annual subscription, the service I'm receiving is unusable under these conditions. I am requesting that these interruptions be resolved, that a genuine technical investigation be carried out, and that my subscription be cancelled or a refund/appropriate compensation be provided to make up for the hardship I've experienced.
