tipobet365 Deposit Stuck, No Response for Days

I deposited 10,000₺ into my tipobet365 account, and I am not even a new member; I've been a long-time user. After playing three rounds of roulette, my balance increased to 25,000₺. I submitted a withdrawal request, but two days have passed without any success. Initially, they told me the funds would be transferred shortly, but nothing happened. Then, they said it would take 12 hours, but still no transfer. I have requested a call three times, and each time, it shows that I was called, but I wasn't. Now they are saying it will take 7 business days due to a provider investigation. However, I contacted the provider directly, and they confirmed with screenshots that there is no such investigation and that my play was normal. When I contacted Tipobet again, they then said it would take 26 business days. I've never seen anything like this. I'm warning everyone: do not invest or play on this site.
