Tipobet Kolaypay Charged My Card but Didn’t Credit My Deposit

At 03:41, I made a deposit on Tipobet using the Kolaypay credit card method. After entering the payment code, the site gave a 404 Not Found error, but the money was still deducted from my account. However, the amount never appeared in my Tipobet balance.

I contacted live support, and they told me it would be credited within 30 minutes. Since it was late, I decided to check back in the morning. When I followed up, support agent E** kept repeating “send a receipt” like a robot, even after I explained that virtual card transactions don’t generate receipts. My bank provided all the necessary proof, including the authorization code and transaction details, which I sent via screenshots. Still, Tipobet refused to acknowledge the issue.

I lost my money, and no real solution was offered. Tipobet, you need to either credit my deposit or refund my money immediately! Ignoring customers and withholding their funds is unacceptable!
