On January 2, 2026, I deposited a total of $2,800 under my own name to an IBAN provided through live support on the site Tipico in order to play slot games. Despite completing the payment, the money was never credited to my gaming account.
Individuals in live support who introduced themselves as “D**” and “M**” provided me with the IBAN details and directed me to make the payment to that account. After sending the money, when I tried to follow up through live support, my account was blocked, and I received no further response.
I demand that the full $2,800 I deposited be refunded to me without any deductions. I also request that an investigation be conducted into the individuals using these names who mislead users by providing IBAN details through live support, and that my grievance be fully resolved.
