I have been requesting the closure of my betting account on the site Tipico for approximately two months, but despite submitting multiple requests, my membership has not been deleted. I clearly stated through live support that I want my account permanently closed and all my personal data completely removed, yet no solution has been provided.

During this process, I realized that my personal information may have been sold to third parties for profit and that revenue is being generated through our data. The site does not offer any official communication channel other than live support, which already makes it nearly impossible to reach someone when issues arise. I have documented all my conversations with screenshots and am keeping them to present to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

I am requesting that my betting account on this unreliable and untrustworthy platform be permanently closed and that all my personal data be fully deleted from their systems. I also demand a clear and written explanation regarding how my personal data has been used and with whom it has been shared.
