Tineco Floor S5 Clean Water Tank Housing Cracks, Driving Denied Warranty Claim

About a year ago, I purchased a Tineco Floor S5 wet/dry vacuum cleaner from the Elazığ Media Markt store. Without any drops or impacts, a crack developed around the screw mounting area in the clean water tank compartment, which eventually broke completely and rendered the device entirely unusable.

I sent the unit to the authorized service center, where technicians claimed the damage was due to user error and demanded a repair fee of $438 (16,000 TL). However, I am the sole user of the vacuum, and I am absolutely certain that it was never dropped, bumped, or impacted. Therefore, I believe this is a structural manufacturing defect, but I am left stranded because I cannot prove it. Because the requested repair fee is nearly equal to the cost of a brand-new device, I declined the repair, and I am now left with an unusable machine.

I loved using my Tineco vacuum, and this situation has disappointed me both financially and emotionally. I demand that a component that cracks and breaks on its own without impact not be dismissed as user error, and that my device be repaired free of charge or replaced to resolve my grievance.
