Tinder Platinum Membership Not Working – Can’t Match or Delete Account

I signed up for Tinder Platinum, expecting to enjoy its premium features, but nothing is working as it should. Despite having an active Platinum subscription, I am not getting any matches, and I cannot use the benefits I paid for.
To make things worse, when I decided to delete my account, I received an error message saying, "Your account could not be deleted." So not only am I unable to use the features I paid for, but I am also stuck with an account I can’t even remove.
Tinder, fix this immediately! I either need my subscription to work as promised or a full refund. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
