Tinder Platinum Features Not Working – Unable to Match or Send Messages

I am experiencing major issues with my Tinder account. Despite swiping right on people who liked me, no matches occur. Additionally, I cannot send or receive messages, and none of the app's features are functioning properly. Hoping to resolve the issue, I upgraded to a Platinum membership, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even tried accessing it through my computer, but nothing has worked.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially after paying for a premium membership that offers no benefit. I demand that Tinder fix this issue immediately, provide proper support, and ensure that the app functions as advertised. I expect compensation for this inconvenience and a working service moving forward.
