I Can’t See Matches or Delete My Tinder Account—App Keeps Glitching After Login
There’s a major ongoing issue with my Tinder account that has made the app completely unusable. I can no longer see any of my matches—it's as if they’ve all vanished from my profile. On top of that, I’m unable to delete my account, which is extremely frustrating. The problem persists no matter how many times I log in and out or reinstall the app.
Even after purchasing a membership, nothing improved. The same technical errors continue, and I feel completely stuck. I’ve tried contacting Tinder’s Help Center multiple times, but I haven’t received any response or assistance. It’s incredibly disappointing for a paid service to provide no effective customer support.
Tinder needs to fix this glitch immediately, restore my match list, and give me full control over my account—including the ability to delete it if I choose. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, as I’m currently paying for a service I can’t even use properly.
