Tinder Account Profile Verification

I couldn't get my Tinder account approved. There was a problem with profile verification in my first account. I contacted them via e-mail. I followed the steps they told me, but there was no verification again. I told them that the procedures did not work, and the problem was still continuing. They said they were interested. After 1 week of silence, I emailed them again and all they said was that they were looking into the problem. Today, 2 months have passed. In this process, I closed my first account and opened a different account, but I encountered the same problem again. I communicated this to them, but the response I received was that they were interested again. Do not believe that this organization will solve things by mail, unfortunately, they do nothing.
