Reporting YouTube Channel for Potential Child Safety Concerns

I am concerned about a YouTube and Instagram account called @hikayemburada, which I believe has been sharing content for a long time that may be harmful to children's psychological development. Although the videos are presented as family-friendly and suitable for children, I believe they contain disturbing, manipulative, and psychologically inappropriate themes for minors.

My family and I have personally come across this account, and we have found its content deeply concerning. The channel has appeared in our feeds since 2023, and I have noticed that similar channels have existed in previous years as well. According to my observations, after complaints were made, some of those channels were removed, but new channels with a very similar format and content appeared shortly afterward and quickly gained millions of subscribers. Similar videos then continued to be published in the same style.

Although I understand that many individuals and organizations have previously reported this account, it appears to continue operating or to reappear in similar forms. In my opinion, this raises concerns about whether the content is consistent with YouTube's Child Safety policies and broader efforts to protect children in digital environments.

I respectfully request that YouTube and Instagram conduct a thorough review of this account and similar content. If the platforms determine that the content violates their policies, I ask that appropriate enforcement action be taken, including restricting children's access where necessary and strengthening algorithmic measures against similar content.

I also encourage YouTube and Instagram to provide clearer educational information for parents and users about the potential psychological and educational risks associated with content that may not be appropriate for children. Improving public awareness would help families make more informed decisions about what children watch online.

Protecting children in digital environments is extremely important. I respectfully ask that this account and similar content be reviewed promptly and that any necessary measures be taken in accordance with the platforms' policies.
