Tinder Account Not Working – No Matches, Messages, or Support Response


I have been emailing Tinder’s support team for four days, yet no one has responded! My account is completely broken—I can’t match with anyone, my messages won’t send, and I don’t receive messages either. This is not a network issue on my end; it’s clearly a problem with the app. I have attached screenshots as proof, yet Tinder refuses to acknowledge or fix this issue.
What’s even worse? Despite not being able to use the app, you still charged my card again! I’m paying for a service that I cannot even access. And now, when I try to delete my account, that doesn’t work either—it keeps giving an error! So not only am I stuck with a non-functional account, but I also can’t even remove my profile.
