How to Fix Tinder Account Verification Error

I've been using the Tinder app for years, and let me tell you, I ran into a real issue for the first time. While having a conversation with someone, out of the blue, my profile required verification and my page became inactive. I'm not getting any matches or messages even though I've been sending emails, and it seems like nobody is responding. My account doesn't seem to be getting deleted either; it just stays inactive.
