I Paid for Tinder Premium But Can’t Use Matches or Likes for Two Days

For the past two days, I’ve been completely unable to use Tinder. The app simply doesn’t work—no matches are showing up, I can’t view who liked me, and the entire experience has become unusable. What makes this worse is that I recently purchased a Premium membership, expecting full access to the features I paid for. Instead, I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that shouldn’t be broken in the first place.

This isn’t a minor glitch; it’s a complete shutdown of basic app functionality. I've reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and tried logging in through different methods, but nothing works. It's as if the app just stopped functioning out of nowhere.

Tinder, if you're going to charge users for Premium services, the least you can do is make sure the app works. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and either restore functionality or refund the ₺ I paid. This level of technical failure and lack of communication is unacceptable.
