I Use Tinder Platinum But No One Can See Me or Receive My Messages

Hello, I’ve been a Tinder Platinum subscriber, expecting all the premium features to function as promised. But for over a week now, I’ve been dealing with the same frustrating issue: other users cannot see my profile, my messages don’t go through, and I can’t send likes or receive proper matches. Every time I try to fix it by logging out and back in, nothing changes.

It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for a premium membership and get zero functionality in return. The app keeps repeating the same bug cycle, and it feels like my account is stuck or shadowbanned, though I haven’t done anything wrong. I’m honestly tired of trying to fix this on my own.

Tinder needs to address this immediately and either restore full access to my account or issue a refund for this broken service. A premium plan should not come with basic-level glitches and no customer support response.
