I Face Tinder Platinum Subscription Not Working After Reinstall

I have an active Tinder Platinum subscription, but after deleting and reinstalling the app, I received a warning saying my restore rights have expired. Because of this, I cannot use any of the Platinum-exclusive features, even though my subscription is still active.
This issue has been ongoing for two days, and I experienced a similar problem once before. My payment of 199₺ was processed through the App Store, and the subscription still shows as active, yet I cannot access the features I paid for.
I contacted the Tinder support team, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is frustrating, as I am paying for a service that I cannot use.
I request that my Platinum membership benefits be restored immediately and that my subscription rights be reactivated without further delay.
