Timo Club Video Gives Me No Way to Cancel My Subscription
I want to cancel all subscriptions registered under my account on Timo Club Video. Despite trying repeatedly through the app, I haven't been able to cancel my subscriptions in any way.
This morning, $13 was charged to my card, but I no longer want to use these subscriptions, and I can't find a cancel option anywhere within the app. I also don't have any customer number or reference/transaction number that was provided to me.
I'm requesting that Timo Club Video immediately cancel all subscriptions showing under my account, and that no further charges be made to my card going forward.
