Timo Club Games Show Suspicious Losing Streak Over 4 Months

I've been playing games on the Timo Club app for about 4 months, and throughout this time I've experienced constant losses. Despite spinning around 20–40 rounds in nearly every session, I'm not winning anything meaningful. I understand there's an element of luck involved, but the fact that the outcome has been the same for this long has raised serious suspicions about the possibility of bots, cheating, or some kind of systemic issue in the game.
I've reported this repeatedly through live support since the very first day I started using the app. Despite explaining my concerns in detail, I never received any clear or informative response — I was constantly brushed off with stock phrases like "that's just how the system works." One time, when I mentioned that the game screen suddenly disappeared, I was told, "If you want, just don't use it" — a response that genuinely shocked me. Customer support being this indifferent and dismissive has only made the situation worse for me.
When I submit feedback through the app, there's no option to add to or respond further to the reply I receive. Even though the issue hasn't actually been resolved, the case gets marked as completed as if it had been, and the matter is closed and brushed aside this way.
Over the course of roughly 4 months, my total losses have exceeded $1,067. With an amount this significant at stake, it's unacceptable that users are given no assurance whatsoever about whether the system operates fairly and transparently. I use this app for entertainment, but I believe I've suffered serious harm due to an unfair gaming setup and inadequate customer support.
I'm requesting that Timo Club transparently investigate the possibility of bots, cheating, or a systemic issue in the games, carry out the necessary audits, and provide me with a clear, written explanation. In particular, I expect to be contacted directly by phone for a detailed explanation, for my situation to be taken into account, and for an appropriate solution to be provided for any losses caused by a system-related error, if one exists. I also want to clearly state that if I'm contacted again via WhatsApp by unprofessional, poorly-mannered representatives — similar to my previous negative experience — I will exercise my right to take this matter to court because of that kind of treatment.
