Timo Club Ignored My Complaints After I Lost 150,000 Coins in Slots

While playing slot games in Timo Club, I believe there is cheating or manipulation happening inside the game. Now a similar situation has happened again, and this time I lost approximately 150,000 coins.
When I contact support through the app, I notice they only respond when it benefits them, and I have not received any satisfying explanation regarding this latest incident. My player ID number is 4615333, and I believe a proper investigation of my account activity will clearly reveal the unfair situation I experienced.
Because of both the previous similar incidents and my current coin loss, I am requesting not only a refund but also compensation for the damages I suffered. I want my 150,000 lost coins to be fully returned, along with 10 million coins as compensation for the distress and unfair treatment I experienced. I also demand a detailed investigation of my account, a clear explanation if there was cheating or a system error involved, and a complete resolution of the harm caused to me.
