I would like to share the communication problems I experienced with Timo Club’s customer service. Even though I contacted customer support multiple times during business hours, I never received any response.

I want clear information about whether I will need to pay taxes on the money I earn through this app, but the question I asked throughout the day was completely ignored. I was only trying to get informed about this issue, yet being unable to reach customer service or receive any reply seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

I expect Timo Club to provide a clear and understandable explanation regarding tax obligations for users who earn money through the app. I also want customer service to respond to basic customer questions like this in a timely and professional manner.
