Timo Club Customer Support Ignores Arbitrary Account Ban Complaints

I had been in contact with Timo Club for a long time, and I suffered serious mental and emotional distress due to what I experienced during this process. In this platform that I used for chatting and communication, my account was suddenly blocked, and I can no longer log in, even though I engaged in no insults, threats, or rule violations.

Being blocked without any clear rationale or explanation provided left me both aggrieved and negatively affected psychologically. This situation completely shattered my trust in the organization, and I feel unfairly excluded.

I demand a clear and concise explanation regarding why my account was blocked, the immediate unbanning of my account if I was unfairly blocked, and proper consideration given to the emotional distress I suffered.
