Timo Club Won’t Let Me Log In After Unexpected Account Ban

I have been using the Timo Club Video and Voice Chat application on my Android phone, and on the day before this complaint my account was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, I see an error message saying “Your account has been banned by the system. Unable to log in” and I cannot access my profile anymore. This ban was applied while I was simply chatting with someone in the application. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation or email, and I do not know which rule I am claimed to have violated. The sudden and unexplained restriction of my account has caused me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my Timo Club account be urgently reviewed, the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and if there is no valid and clear violation, that my account be unbanned and my access fully restored.
