Timo Account Permanently Banned Without Warning

My Timo account was suddenly blocked on 7 September with a message stating that I violated user rules and was banned from the platform. When I tried to log in after two days of not using the app, I saw that I was logged out from everything and my account was restricted without any clear explanation, and now I cannot log in at all and only see the block message. I do not know which specific rule I allegedly violated and I did not receive any prior warning or detailed notice. I have been working on this account for two years with a lot of effort to grow it, and this unexpected ban has caused me serious loss and frustration. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the exact reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and that the block be lifted so that my account is restored and I can log in again and continue my work on it.
