Timo Chat Froze My Account After Incorrectly Identifying Me as a Man


I am writing about a serious issue with my Timo Chat account, which has been frozen for the past two days.
Whenever I try to use my account, it simply shows that the account is frozen, and I am unable to access or use the service normally. This restriction has prevented me from using my account without any proper explanation or reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
The reason given for freezing my account is that Timo Chat claims I am a man. This is incorrect and unfair. I do not understand why this conclusion was made, and no proper evidence, verification process, or clear explanation has been provided to support this decision.
As a result, I have been blocked from using the platform based on inaccurate information. I have also not received any useful response or meaningful support regarding this issue, which has made the situation even more frustrating.
I respectfully request that Timo Chat urgently review my case, correct this mistake, and immediately unfreeze my account. I would like my access to be restored so that I can continue using the service without unfair restrictions.
I also request a clear explanation of why my account was frozen and confirmation once the restriction has been removed.
