Timeleft Steals From People

I purchased a subscription with Timeleft on November 4 via your website. I later cancelled this subscription in December through the same website. Despite cancelling in December, I was still charged for the subscription in both December and January, even though I no longer wished to use the service. I purchased and managed the subscription directly through the Timeleft website. After noticing these charges taken after my cancellation, I contacted your customer support, but have not received any response so far, which has increased my dissatisfaction and loss of trust in your service. I kindly request a full refund of the subscription fees that were charged after my December cancellation (the December and January payments) and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled so that I will not be charged again in the future.
