TimeBucks Reset the System and My $227 Balance Disappeared
TimeBucks.com claimed that there was a problem with their system and reset the website. Because everything on the platform works automatically, the money earned by users was effectively wiped out. As a result of this situation, my entire balance of $227 disappeared. The money that had previously been visible in my wallet was suddenly transferred into the Bonus section as a negative balance.
At first, a customer support representative named Pete told me that he could see my balance on my side, but that it was not appearing correctly in the TimeBucks system. He later stated that the issue would be fixed soon and that the balance would return to normal. However, nothing was corrected.
A few days later, when I contacted support again regarding the same issue, I was told this time that the money did not actually belong to me. Receiving completely contradictory explanations after legitimately earning and accumulating this balance has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.
I request that TimeBucks fully investigate this issue, restore the missing $227 balance to my account, and provide a clear and transparent explanation regarding why my earnings were removed and later denied despite previously being acknowledged by support staff.
