I have contacted customer support multiple times but have yet to receive a solution. I transferred $210 USDT to the Trust Wallet system via Binance and linked it to DeFi Mining. Initially, everything seemed fine—I was earning $2-3 daily profits, which were automatically added to my Trust Wallet balance.
However, when I checked my account the next morning, my entire balance had disappeared. After investigating, I found that my funds had been transferred to two unknown wallet addresses—$195 to one and $56 to another. I immediately reached out to Trust Wallet support but received no help.
I also contacted the DeFi Mining service, and they claimed that my funds were frozen due to excessive liquidity movements. However, I was never informed of such a risk when making my deposit.
I demand an immediate resolution from Trust Wallet and DeFi Mining regarding the unauthorized movement of my funds. If my money has been frozen, I need clear instructions on how to recover it. If this is a scam or security breach, Trust Wallet must take full responsibility and restore my balance.
