TimeBucks Password Reset System Does Not Accept Any New Password

I signed up for TimeBucks, but later I forgot my password. Since then, I have been completely unable to reset it because the system refuses to accept any new password I try. I have tested hundreds of different passwords, yet every single one is rejected without any clear explanation.

At this point, I seriously suspect there may be something wrong or unfair with the system because there is practically no real support or assistance available. It feels like the entire site is being managed only by automated bots, and users cannot find any actual person to communicate with when problems occur.

I originally joined the platform because the advertisements made the site look trustworthy and professional. However, after experiencing these issues firsthand, I no longer believe the platform is reliable or user-friendly.

I request that the password recovery system be checked and fixed immediately, that I be given proper access to my account again, and that real customer support be made available so users can resolve account-related problems without being ignored or trapped in endless automated responses.
