TimeBucks Payment Is Stuck in Pending Instead of Going to Airtm

I am trying to withdraw the $25 balance accumulated in my TimeBucks account to my Airtm account every day when the payment time arrives. However, even though the system continuously shows a notification saying “you have a new payment,” once the payment time actually comes, my money appears as “pending” and is never transferred to my account.

This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with TimeBucks, and I have also been unable to reach customer support for assistance. The email address associated with my account is: s**********@gmail.com.

I request that my pending $25 balance be reviewed and transferred to my Airtm account as soon as possible so I can access the earnings I rightfully accumulated on the platform.
