I use TikTok on my iPad and I do not have any email connected to this account, so I cannot log in using an email address either. I have been unable to access my account for about two months. During this time, I tried to use TikTok’s support and in‑app help options for account recovery, but I received the response that TikTok is unable to help. This is a regular, free account with no purchases, but I still know the username and want to continue using it. Since I no longer have access to any of the devices where I was previously logged in and my old number is completely inactive, I cannot receive any verification codes. I kindly request that my account be manually verified and recovered, and that my phone number on the account be updated so that I can log in again and continue using TikTok safely.
