TikTok Video Promotion Payment Made but Promotion Not Executed

I paid for a video promotion on TikTok, but my video was not promoted. When I checked the promotion section, it stated that my video promotion was not executed due to community guidelines. My video does not contain any sexual content, divisive propaganda, or similar issues, so I don’t understand why I am facing community guideline problems.
I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid for the promotion. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
