TikTok Suspended My Account Over a Wrong Age Restriction

My TikTok account, @serendipce, which I have actively used for years, was suspended on 04/27/2026 due to an age restriction. I have been using this account for approximately 7–8 years, and until now I have never received any age-related violation or similar penalty. I am 35 years old, and I believe my account was unfairly suspended because of an incorrect age detection.
After the suspension, I received an email regarding age verification and submitted all the requested information completely. My age update was actually approved, and I have email records and screenshots showing this approval. Despite this, my appeals have repeatedly been rejected, and my account still has not been reopened. The verification and approval emails sent to @e***********@gmail.com clearly prove this situation.
I was informed that if my age update is not finally approved, my account will be permanently closed on August 18. Even though my verification was approved, my access is still restricted, and my account remains under the threat of permanent closure, which has caused me serious frustration. I cannot access the account I have spent years building, including my followers and content.
I request that my age verification and update process be reviewed again carefully, that the evidence I have provided be taken into consideration, and that my account be reopened as soon as possible. I also request that the permanent closure warning be removed from the system once this error is corrected.
