TikTok Support Failed to Help After My Account Was Hacked

For approximately one week, I have been unable to log into my TikTok account with the username “elanur006.” Even though I know my password, another Gmail address has been added to my account without my knowledge, and the login verification code is being sent to this unfamiliar email address. This added email address does not belong to me.

During this time, I tried to get support through TikTok, but all of my attempts were unsuccessful, and I was unable to secure my account again. I am extremely concerned about both my personal data and the security of my account.

I am requesting that the email address added to my account that does not belong to me be removed immediately and that my account be returned to my full control.
