For about two days, I have been unable to access my personal TikTok account with the username @esrayirik. The app suddenly displayed the message “This account is no longer available”, and I was logged out of my account. Two-factor authentication was enabled, and my email address was linked to the account. Despite this, when I now try to log in, my phone number and email address no longer appear to be associated with my account.
When I try to recover my account by entering my username, the system says that the account cannot be found. However, when I check from other accounts, I can see that my profile is still active and visible. I have also made paid transactions on this account and invested significant time and effort into growing it. For this reason, the situation I am experiencing is extremely frustrating.
For the past two days, I have explained the issue in detail multiple times through the in-app support form, but the responses I receive are irrelevant to my problem and offer no solution. I feel as though there is no one actually addressing my case. I have also received no explanation as to why my account was made unavailable.
I am requesting that my account be restored as soon as possible, and that my phone number and email address be re-linked and updated, so that I can regain secure access to my account.
