Help Me Get My TikTok Account Back Please
I have been unable to access my TikTok account for almost five years because I no longer have access to the email address and phone number that were linked to it. When I try to log in, the screen shows a verification step and then the message “You cannot use this method” and I am not offered any alternative way to verify that the account belongs to me. I would like TikTok to help me recover and regain access to this account by providing another secure verification option, such as identity verification or any other method you may offer, since I can no longer use the old email or phone number linked to it.
