TikTok Account Inaccessible For Years - Recovery Impossible Without Old Email/Phone

I am writing to report a problem with my old TikTok account, to which I have not been able to log in for approximately three years. I am currently trying to access TikTok from Colombia, but I have completely lost access to the email address and phone number that were originally linked to this account, so I cannot complete the normal recovery steps. I have already tried to resolve this through the TikTok Help Center, but so far I have not received any solution or a way to verify my identity and recover the account. I kindly request that you help me recover access to my old TikTok account and, once I can enter again, allow me to update and change the associated email, phone number and password so that I can use the account securely again.
